If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can do the following:

• return the goods for a full refund; or
• exchange the goods within 14 days of purchase, unused and in original packaging

After 14 days, all sales are final. 

You must notify us by email or phone of any fault(s) with the goods within 7 days of receipt.  Should you wish to return the goods, please send by post within 14 days to: Evelyn Grant, Express School Uniforms, P O Box 17, Feltham, Middlesex TW13 4WP, including your order/receipt number.

Please also ensure that you obtain a receipt from your post office when returning your package as proof of postage.
